ONLINE BANKING
We are upgrading our online banking system and will update you with further instructions.
ONLINE BILL PAY
Online Bill Pay information will change, and you will need to reset your payees.
REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE
Remote deposit capture will be enhanced.
HOW TO PREPARE:
BRANCH CLOSURES
ALL BRANCHES WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025. First of the month deposits will be processed on Monday June 30th.
BILL PAY
Print a copy of all payees from the current system. This will be needed since data WILL NOT transfer to the upgraded Bill Pay system. The last day to schedule payments will be June 27th. To ensure your payments are processed without interruption, please make other arrangements for Bill Pay, as this service will not be immediately available after the system upgrade.
E-STATEMENTS
Print out or download your account history and statements from your Online Banking prior to the System Upgrade. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THEM AFTER THE CONVERSION. All members (even those currently enrolled in e-Statements) will receive a free paper statement for the first month following the System Upgrade. You will need to re-enroll if you wish to keep receiving e-Statements.
ONLINE/MOBILE BANKING
Your current Online Banking login ID and password will not convert over to the new system. Once Online Banking becomes available post system upgrade, you will need to enroll using your Member Account Number as the username and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s SSN as your password. All login ids will now be a minimum of 6 digits. If your account has 5 or less, you will prefill with 0’s. Ex: 00xxxx.
Reminder: Online banking and mobile banking will not be available after 2:30 PM on Monday, June 30.

WHY ARE YOU UPGRADING THE CORE PROCESSING SYSTEM?
This system upgrade is intended to bring you the most advanced technology. It will provide improved security, enhanced services, and greater banking convenience. Upgrading to newer technology provides us with a stronger, more reliable, and more efficient system today, as well as the ability to continue improving in the future.
DURING THE UPGRADE, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS?
Unfortunately, access will be unavailable starting June 30 at 5 p.m. and will resume July 2 at 12 p.m.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE ONLINE/MOBILE BANKING THROUGHOUT THE UPGRADE?
Unfortunately, no you will not have access beginning June 30 at 5 p.m. You will need to download and install our new mobile app that will be available July 2 at 12 p.m.
CAN I USE MY DEBIT CARD DURING THE UPGRADE?
Yes, but there will be a daily limit of $500 on July 1.
WILL MY INFORMATION BE SECURE THROUGHOUT THE UPGRADE?
Yes, we will take proper measures to ensure your data stays safe.
WHAT IF THE UPGRADE TAKES LONGER THAN EXPECTED?
We don't anticipate the upgrade requiring more time than we've allotted, but we will update our members with any changes on our website and Facebook page.
